Welcome to Samburu National Park, the land of the special five, big five, and the big cats. With endless sceneries, Samburu National Reserve is home to many wildlife species such as elephants, lions, cheetahs, reticulated giraffes, Grevy zebras, gerenuks, Somali ostriches, beisa oryx, and many other wildlife species. Not forgetting it is a bird’s paradise, you can spot as many bird species as possible.

Safari Itinerary
To start our 2 Nights 3 Days Samburu National Reserve Safari, Our driver/guide will pick you up from the Airport or Hotel of residence and start our safari up North to Samburu N. Reserve. It is located 345 Km from Nairobi. A 6-hour drive will last us on the road to arrive in Samburu. Late Afternoon, we shall check in to our Samburu Camp or Lodge for rest.
An evening game drive will follow that will last for 2 hours max.
Dinner and Overnight at the camp
On our second day of 2 Nights 3 Days Samburu National Reserve Safari, we will explore extensively. We will wake up early for our breakfast at 7.00 am, and prepare for a full-day game drive. We shall visit, the Samburu N. Reserve and Buffalo Springs N. Reserve which are among the best reserve up North that have a rich number of wildlife species.
The parks are known to host the famous special five. These are The Beisa Oryx, The Gerenuks, The Gravy Zebras, The Reticulated Giraffes, and lastly The Masai Ostrich.
You will also be lucky to spot some of the big five such as the Lion, the Leopard, and The Elephant.
After a full day of Game drives, you will drive back to the camp for overnight and dinner.
This being the last day of our 2 Nights 3 Days Samburu National Reserve Safari , we will wake up for breakfast at 8.00am and later check out of the camp followed with a check out game drive of the reserve. We will drive back to Nairobi arriving late evening.
You shall be dropped to the airport for your home bound flights.
