AndBeyond Ngorongoro Crater Lodge is a safari lodge found on the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania.

In the suites, the detail is mind-boggling. You will find yourself lounging on a leather armchair beside your own fireplace or reclining under the beautifully appointed headboard on your velvet-canopied bed. The floor-to-ceiling windows and vast balconies offer the optimum viewing spot from which to take in the views of the caldera.
You will find the secluded position of the lodge has the luxury of being the only guests, with the exception being Mother Nature, as sightings such as watching zebras graze by your window at sunset occur daily. Please do not forget, though, that the buffalo roaming about are wild animals, and your safety must be your concern as you proceed toward your suite.
ACCESS & LOCATION of andBeyond Ngorongoro Crater Lodge
The lodge can be accessed by both air and road. The nearest airport is Manyara airstrip, which is a two-hour drive from the lodge. Arusha Airport offers two daily flights to the airstrip, with the flight taking 40 minutes.
If you are coming into the Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) you will need to make a 2 and half hour drive to Arusha airport and connect to Manyara airstrip.
By road it’s a 4-hour drive from Arusha to the lodge. The trip has you passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area so you get to sight wildlife on your way.

The lodge is made up of three separate camps North and south camps with each having 12 raised suites and a tree camp that offers 6 intimate suites. The North and South camp’s suites give you amazing views, en-suite bathrooms with chandelier lit bathtubs and showers plus a private viewing deck. With one suit being a family suite that consists of two suites with an interleading door. The tree camp suites are spacious with private viewing decks as well and are discreetly tended to by a personal butler. Pilot/Guide accommodation is also available.
