By Road
Kirawira Serena Camp is accessible by road from Arusha, a journey of approximately 6 to 7 hours about 335 kilometers through breathtaking landscapes, including the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. For those already within the Serengeti or nearby lodges, shorter road transfers are available. The journey to the camp offers an excellent opportunity for game viewing, as the route traverses wildlife-rich areas.
By Air
Guests can opt for a faster route by flying into Grumeti Airstrip, which is only 30 minutes away from the camp. Domestic flights from Arusha Airport, Kilimanjaro International Airport, or other Serengeti airstrips take approximately 1 to 2 hours depending on the departure point. Upon landing, the camp arranges for transfers, with a game drive en route that adds to the excitement of the arrival.
