Accessing one and only House (formerly Nyungwe Forest Lodge) by road involves a scenic journey of approximately 200-230 km from Kigali, typically taking 5 to 6 hours. The route is primarily on well-maintained passes through the rainforest.

The property typically divides its 22 units into two primary categories.
Nyungwe Rooms: These 54m2┬а units are designed for couples or solo travelers.
They feature a plush lounging area and a private balcony overlooking the forest.
Two-bedroom Forest Suites: At 131metres, these expansive suites are ideal for families or groups. They include a master bedroom with a four-poster king bed, a second bedroom with double-sized twin, and a shared living and dining area. Some suites include an open-air Jacuzzi for a more secluded experience.
Bathrooms facilities en-suit bathrooms include twin washbasins, walk-in showers, and a deep standalone bathtub with views of the wilderness.
