About Sanctuary Kusini Camp
Sanctuary Kusini Camp is a luxury tented safari camp located in the southern Serengeti within a private and secluded area. It is uniquely positioned on a rocky outcrop (kopje), offering panoramic views of the surrounding savannah. The camp is particularly famous for providing front-row seats to the Great Migration when the herds move through the Ndutu region. This area is also known for exceptional cheetah sightings and predator action during the calving season.

The nearest airstrip is Seronera Airstrip, with a flight time of approximately 1 hour from Arusha. From the airstrip, it’s about a 1.5 hour game drive to Sanctuary Kusini Camp.
By Road
Sanctuary Kusini Camp can be accessed via a 5 to 6 hour drive from Arusha, passing through Ngorongoro and central Serengeti.

Sanctuary Kusini Camp offers 12 spacious en-suite tents with elevated private wooden decks, providing breathtaking views of the Serengeti plains. The tents are furnished with king-size or twin beds, en-suite bathrooms, and solar-powered lighting.
The main lodge area, built around a kopje, features a comfortable lounge, a dining area, and a library. Guests can relax on the large communal deck and watch wildlife pass by.
