Your day begins with an early morning pickup at 6:00am and a short drive to Nairobi National Park, where you’ll enjoy a 3 hour game drive through Kenya’s only capital city park. Here, iconic wildlife roams freely against the backdrop of skyscrapers, and it’s one of the best places to see rhinos alongside lions, giraffes, buffalo, and other resident species. After lunch, the journey continues to the Giraffe Centre, established to protect the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe. You’ll learn about their conservation, traits, and behaviors while having the rare opportunity to feed and interact with these gentle giants. In the evening, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel or the airport, ending a remarkable day of safari and conservation.

Safari Itinerary - Day by Day
Day One: Nairobi - Samburu National Reserve
After pickup at 6:00am from your hotel, begin your tour to Nairobi National Park through the main gate for a 3 hour game drive with your guide who will be alert to spot as many varieties of animals as possible. Nairobi National Park, with incredible animals roaming free and wild against the picturesque backdrop of city skyscrapers. It’s among the best places in Kenya to see rhinos, and you might get a chance to spot lions and other resident wildlife species.
After this, you will enjoy some lunch before starting on our next activity of the day. After lunch, proceed to the giraffe centre. Giraffe Centre was established in order to protect the vulnerable Rothschild’s giraffe, that is found only in the grasslands of East Africa.
At the Giraffe Centre, you see these magnificent animals and learn why they are endangered. You will also learn their behaviors, traits and more conservation education. What’s even more fascinating, you get the chance to feed and interact with them.
After the day’s activities, you will be driven back to your hotel for dinner and rest or to the airport for your flight back home.
After this you will then be brought back to your hotel.
