This 11 Days, 10 Nights Kenya & Tanzania Safari is the ultimate journey for travelers seeking to immerse themselves in the very best of East African wildlife and scenery. The adventure begins in Kenya, where you’ll be picked up in Nairobi and whisked away to the Maasai Mara, a land teeming with big cats, elephants, and iconic savannah scenery. Over two full days in the Mara, you’ll enjoy expertly guided game drives, searching for the Big Five and, if the season is right, witnessing the Great Wildebeest Migration.
From there, head to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its population of white and black rhinos, flamingos, and Rothschild giraffes. Spend your afternoon tracking wildlife in the acacia-dotted landscape and soaking in the serene atmosphere of this lake park.
Next, journey southward to the legendary Amboseli National Park, where you’ll enjoy striking views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s tallest peak. Amboseli offers superb elephant encounters and classic African landscapes, with expansive plains and swamps attracting a variety of wildlife. A full-day game drive will give you time to explore both the park’s beauty and its wildlife-rich hotspots like Observation Hill and Lake Amboseli.
The safari continues across the Namanga border into Tanzania, where your journey transitions seamlessly into the Northern Circuit—Africa’s most celebrated safari corridor. Start at the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where an entire ecosystem thrives within a collapsed volcanic caldera. Descend into the crater for a thrilling safari amid hippos, lions, hyenas, rhinos, flamingos, and more.
Then it’s on to the Serengeti, a vast and wildlife-rich expanse that shares an open border with the Masai Mara. Your days here are dedicated to tracking the movements of the herds and their predators. With both central and northern Serengeti included in your route, you’ll explore a variety of landscapes—from riverbanks and kopjes to golden plains—all teeming with life. If traveling between June and September, you’ll likely witness dramatic crossings at the Mara River, with crocodiles lying in wait and predators stalking the migrating wildebeest and zebras.
On your final safari day, head to Lake Manyara, a small but vibrant park nestled at the base of the Rift Valley escarpment. Known for its flocks of flamingos, tree-climbing lions, and lush forests, Lake Manyara provides the perfect gentle conclusion to your wildlife journey.

On the first day of our safari, our guides pick you up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta Airport and drive to the great Masai Mara National Reserve. After a 7-hour drive across the countryside, we will check into our camp.
After Lunch, we shall head out for a 2 hour evening game drive inside the Reserve in search of the big five; the buffalos, elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, leopards among many other different bird species. If lucky, wildebeest will be migrating and crossing rivers from Serengeti to Masai Mara.
Later back to the camp for dinner and rest.
