Your day begins with a 6:00 a.m. pick up from your hotel before heading to Nairobi National Park, one of the few wildlife reserves located within a capital city. Enjoy a three hour game drive across open grasslands and bush country, where you can spot four of the Big Five (except elephants) as well as giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, buffaloes, and numerous antelopes. The park’s unique setting offers breathtaking views of wildlife against the city’s skyline. Bird lovers will also enjoy spotting some of the 300 species recorded here, including crowned cranes, vultures, and secretary birds.
After your safari, continue your journey to Fairview Coffee Estate in Kiambu County, located about an hour’s drive from Nairobi. Nestled in the Central Highlands, this 100 acre coffee farm sits 1,750 meters above sea level and produces premium grade coffee using environmentally sustainable methods. Upon arrival, the estate’s resident guide will take you through the history of the farm before leading you on a hands on experience, from coffee bean picking to roasting demonstrations. You’ll then visit the factory to learn about processing, drying, and grading, followed by a visit to the coffee lab for roasting and tasting sessions. Guests can also purchase freshly roasted coffee to take home as a souvenir. The tour concludes with a freshly prepared lunch served amid the serene coffee fields before returning to Nairobi in the late afternoon.

Day One: Nairobi - Samburu National Reserve
After a pickup at 6:00am from your hotel, Begin your tour to Nairobi National Park through the main gate for a 3 hour game drive with your guide who will be alert to spot as many varieties of animals as possible.
The tour to Nairobi National Park takes you to this unique wildlife sanctuary only a few kilometers from the Nairobi City Centre where you have chance to see 4 of the Big 5 (except the elephant) against the backdrop of the city’s tall buildings. Nairobi National Park Kenya’s first ever National Park is a unique and un-spoilt wildlife haven within sight of the city’s skyline. Rhino, buffalo, cheetah, zebra, giraffe, lion and plenty of antelopes and gazelles can be seen roaming in this open plains country with a section of highland forest as well as stretches of broken bush country, deep, rocky valleys and gorges with scrub and long grass. With over 300 bird species including the Secretary bird, crowned cranes, vultures and many more, Nairobi National Park is a bird haven.
After the game drive, start our drive to Fairview Coffee Estate Situated in the Central Highlands of Kenya. The Estate is located out of the city center, in Kiambu County.
This beautiful coffee farm with nearly 100 acres under coffee is situated 1,750 meters above sea level. The farm is irrigated by the Riara River that is in turn fed by streams from the Kenyan Highlands. Since the early 1900’s, Fairview Estate’s fertile soils have produced high quality coffee through the use of holistic production methods that take our customers concerns for a healthy environment seriously.
Upon arrival, you will be given the history of the farm by their resident guide. Later engage in a variety of activities, from coffee bean picking to roasting workshops, ensuring an unforgettable experience for everyone.
The next stage will be visiting the coffee factory and here you will learn about coffee processing and all the stages it entails. Then visit the coffee lab where roasting is done. Here you will also be able to test the coffee and you can also have a chance to buy some coffee to take back home. Lastly enjoy your delicious meal served at the estate.
