Lemala Nanyukie Lodge is located in the Eastern Serengeti, approximately 45 minutes east of the Seronera Airstrip by road. Guests can reach the lodge via scheduled or private charter flights from major airports such as Arusha, Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), or Dar es Salaam, with flight durations ranging from 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on departure location.

For those traveling by road, the journey from Arusha to the lodge takes approximately 6 to 7 hours, offering a scenic drive through the diverse landscapes of northern Tanzania, including the Great Rift Valley and rolling savannahs. The central location of Lemala Nanyukie within the Serengeti makes it an excellent base for exploring various parts of the park, including Seronera Valley, known for its high concentration of predators.
