ACCESS & LOCATION of Loisaba Lodo Springs
By Air
The most convenient way to access Loisaba Lodo Springs is by air. Daily scheduled flights from Nairobi’s Wilson Airport to Loisaba Airstrip take approximately 1 hour, followed by a 15 minute scenic game drive to the lodge. The airstrip also receives private charters from other major safari destinations like the Masai Mara, Samburu, and Amboseli.
By Road
For those preferring to travel by road, the journey from Nairobi takes approximately 5 to 6 hours via Nanyuki. The drive offers stunning scenery of the central highlands, with views of Mount Kenya along the way. A 4×4 vehicle is recommended due to the rugged terrain, especially during the rainy season. The lodge is also accessible from other Laikipia conservancies like Ol Pejeta and Lewa.
