ACCESS & LOCATION of Ishara Mara Camp
By Air
Ishara Mara Camp is easily accessible via daily scheduled flights from Nairobi’s Wilson Airport to the Maasai Mara. The most convenient airstrips are Ol Kiombo Airstrip or Mara Serena Airstrip, depending on the specific location of the camp. The flight takes approximately 45 minutes, followed by a scenic 20 to 40 minute game drive to reach the camp. Guests are greeted by experienced guides who ensure their journey is both comfortable and exciting, offering glimpses of wildlife along the way.
By Road
For those preferring to travel by road, Ishara Mara Camp is reachable via a 5 to 6 hour drive from Nairobi. The route requires a 4×4 vehicle to navigate the rugged terrain near the Maasai Mara, especially during the rainy season.
