ACCESS & LOCATION of Mara Ngenche Safari Camp

By Road
Mara Ngenche Safari Camp is approximately a 6 hour drive from Nairobi, depending on the route taken and road conditions.

By Air
For a more direct route, guests can fly into Mara Ngenche Safari Camp via scheduled or charter flights to the Keekorok Airstrip or Olkiombo Airstrip, which are located about 30 minutes from the camp. The flight from Nairobi’s Wilson Airport to the Mara takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour, offering a spectacular aerial view of the reserve.

ACTIVITIES AT Mara Ngenche Safari Camp

Game Drives

Guests can enjoy morning and afternoon game drives led by expert guides who know the reserve inside out. These drives give visitors the opportunity to see the wide variety of wildlife that calls the Masai Mara home, including the Big Five (lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and rhinos) as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests. Depending on the time of year, guests may also witness the Great Migration.

Hot Air Balloon Safaris

For a truly unforgettable experience, guests can embark on a hot air balloon safari over the Masai Mara. The early morning flight provides panoramic views of the Mara’s vast landscapes, and after landing, guests are treated to a traditional bush breakfast in the reserve.
