The nearest airstrip is Lake Manyara Airstrip, which is about a 30 minute drive from The Manor at Ngorongoro. Flights from Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport take approximately 45 minutes. Private charters can also land at Ngorongoro Airstrip, which is closer.
