ACCESS BY ROAD.
Access to Isunga Lodge by road is primarily via Fort Portal, located approximately 26km (35-45 minutes) to the north. The journey from Kampala typically takes 5-6 hours. While the main roads are generally in good condition, a 4×4 vehicle is strongly recommended, especially during the rainy season, as the final access roads can become muddy.

The flight takes approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes that is from Entebbe International Airport (EBB) to Kasese Airport (KSE).
Once you land at Kasese Airport, you will need to complete the journey by road.

It is an eco-friendly accommodation consisting of 8 secluded, traditionally thatched cottages perched on a high ridge overlooking Kibale National Park.
Standard Cottages: Features queen-size or double beds, a seating area and a private veranda.
Family Cottage: A larger unit with 2 bedrooms, a separate sitting room, and an ensuite bathroom, accommodation up to 4 guests.
Ensuite bathrooms all units include a flush toilet and a walk-in shower with hot and cold running water.
